The back of this card reads "Co. I. 30." Unfortunately, all the men (except for a few in the back row) hold their caps facing backwards, and no regimental numbers can be made out to confirm that this is the 30th Infantry. Notice that the company first sergeant carries a sword instead of a rifle.
