1st Infantry Regiment, c. 1910.

In 1904 the 1st Infantry garrisoned Forts Brady and Wayne in Michigan, and Fort Porter in New York, then moved overseas to Camp Stotsenburg in the Philippines in 1906. It returned to the U.S. to Vancouver Barracks until 1912, when it went overseas again, to Schofield Barracks in Hawaii.
