Two Turkish Officers, 1917. Former prisoners in Russia.

Written in Russian, the back of this card reads: “I give this in the memory we (can't read one word) captivity in the town of Kostroma, Russia. (Signed) Omer Lyutfi (or Lyuter?). 7 November 1917.  (Addressed: ) Town of Erzerum, Osman Aga. Borough elder Sultan-Melik: I request you deliver this to Memed Efendi Rurshir(?) Ef. Zade.”
