This is a press photograph purporting to show Turkish soldiers ready to go to the front during the Italian-Turkish war, 1912. The scene appears to be in the Levant or Libya, rather than Turkey proper. These look to be white hot-weather uniforms. Note the small rank chevrons on two of the soldiers.
