These are from my notes from my short visit to the Russian State Military Historical Archive [Rossiiskii Gosudarstvennyi Voenno-Istoricheskii Arkhiv] in Moscow in April-May 2001. I present them here in the chance that they may help other researchers save time or discover new leads for their own investigations.
