Woman in borrowed sergeant’s uniform, 1943.
The back of this photograph identifies this woman as Kathleen Raka of Capeville, Virginia. Capeville is a small town on Virginia’s eastern shore. There’s a unit patch on the blouse’s shoulder but I can’t make out what it is.
